Training Sessions
Select-Arc, Inc. and Arcos Industries, LLC invite you to attend a FREE TRAIING SESSION at our spacious manufacturing and training center in Troy, Ohio. The three-day training session will focus on introducing you to our comprehensive lineup of carbon steel, low alloy, hardfacing and sub-arc wires; as well as Select-Arc and Arcos stainless steel and nickel alloys. Each day’s session will include a mix of classroom presentations and hands on welding. You will also receive a tour of both our Troy and Ft. Loramie manufacturing facilities.
Select-Arc is excited to offer two Standard Training Courses for inside and outside distributor sales representatives. Also being offered in 2025 is our Excellence in Metal Core Arc Welding Course for advanced distributor representatives. The course highlights the benefit of the MCAW process across all product segments.

Advanced Distributor Training (NEW) – Excellence in Metal Core Arc Welding
Dates: September 22 to September 25, 2025

This training is designed for advanced level sales professionals to increase their success with promotion and sales of the products in the MCAW process to increase end user productivity. The course also will highlight opportunities to promote the products in all segments to increase distributor top end sales and profits vs. other processes. The course is designed for those individuals with advance product and process knowledge. It is not designed for the beginner or those new to the industry.
