Supplier Code of Conduct
Select-Arc, Inc. expects its suppliers to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and
conduct business in accord with the principles outlined in this code of conduct.
1. Labor and Human Rights
Guiding Principle
Suppliers ought to respect the inherent dignity of every human life.
- 1.1 Forced Labor
Suppliers shall not employ or make use of forced or coerced labor. - 1.2 Child Labor
Suppliers shall not hire or make use of persons younger than the minimum age required by law. - 1.3 Non-discrimination
Suppliers shall not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law. - 1.4 Living Wages
Suppliers shall not fail to compensate persons in their employ below the local rate of minimal living wage.
2. Environment
Guiding Principle
Suppliers ought to pursue good stewardship of the natural environment.
- 2.1 Sustainability
Suppliers shall maintain or develop and maintain an environmental policy that fosters sustainable use of natural resources.
3. Ethics
Guiding Principle
Suppliers ought to conduct business with honesty and integrity.
- 31. Anti-corruption
Suppliers shall not engage in corrupt business practices such as bribery. - 3.2 Conflicts of Interest
Suppliers shall disclose to Select-Arc, Inc. any potential conflicts of interest.
4. Monitoring
Suppliers should continually monitor their compliance to this code. If a supplier believes they are not compliant with this code they should notify Select-Arc, Inc. and discuss the area of non-conformance with their purchasing contact. Select-Arc, Inc. may terminate its relationship with the supplier if it finds the supplier in violation of this code and is unable or unwilling to take steps to become compliant.
